Practices during FLOW: Aerial & Somatics may involve physical movements, emotional catharsis, and an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well-being. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even severe, disabling, or fatal, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor, although the instructor may not be able to prevent any damage, nor are they guaranteed to offer the proper solution. You will continue to breathe smoothly. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages which may incur through participation. These methods are not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. None of these modalities are recommended and are not safe for those prone to mania, delusion, or psychosis. By registering for this retreat, you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health, physical, and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the retreat. If you are pregnant, become pregnant, or are post-natal or post-surgical, you affirm that you have your physician’s approval to participate. You also affirm that you alone are responsible for deciding whether to participate at your own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims you have now or may have against the facilitator, Hart Flows (Andrea Hartley) or any other instructors/facilitators.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To secure your accommodation, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. By selecting the payment plan, you authorize Hart Flows to automatically charge the remaining balance in two equal monthly installments, occurring 30 and 60 days after your initial deposit.

Cancellation Schedule:

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date: You will receive a refund of any payments made to date, minus a 10% administrative fee calculated from the total investment of your selected accommodation. The initial $500 deposit remains entirely non-refundable.

Cancel more than 60 days before 1st day of retreat: 60% of your payment can transfer toward a future retreat at Casa Chango.

Cancel 30-60 days before the 1st day of retreat: 40% of your payment can transfer toward a future retreat at Casa Chango.

Cancel up to 30 days before the 1st day of the retreat: 20% of your payment can
transfer toward a future retreat at Casa Chango.

Travel Insurance Recommendation: Because our venue contracts require upfront, non-refundable commitments, we cannot make exceptions to this policy for emergencies, illness, or unexpected schedule conflicts. We highly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance immediately after booking to protect your investment should you need to cancel at the last minute.
