I understand that participating in aerial involves certain risks, both known and unknown, that could lead to physical or emotional injuries, including but not limited to slips, falls, equipment malfunctions, and other minor injuries. I acknowledge that my participation may also pose risks related to my own health and well-being.

Aerial may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with specific medical conditions. I recognize that it is my responsibility to decide whether I am fit to engage in these activities. By signing below, I acknowledge that I am aware of the potential risks associated with participating in aerial yoga and sound. I consent to receive medical treatment if necessary during any session.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Teachers and Venue, along with their staff and representatives, from any liability related to my participation in these sessions, including any claims arising from my travel to and from sessions. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify these parties from any claims that may arise as a result of my participation.

My signature indicates that I will not pursue legal action against Teachers and/or Venue in connection with these sessions. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in aerial yoga, and that I have consulted with a licensed medical professional regarding my ability to do so. If I am pregnant, I confirm that I am participating with my doctor’s approval and understand that I do so at my own risk.

This waiver is intended to be broad and comprehensive, releasing all applicable parties to the fullest extent allowed by law. I acknowledge that I have read this document and understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract, and I sign it voluntarily.

Additionally, I understand that during the sessions or related activities, I may be photographed, and I consent to the use of my image for legitimate purposes by the Teacher or Venue.

CANCELLATION: I understand that I have up to 72 hours in advance of the event to cancel for a full refund. After that, the entire price becomes nonrefundable.
