Commitments and Expectations Upon Registering for the Alchemy Women Rising Retreat 2025:

1. The deadline for the EARLY BIRD is on 1st of March. After this date, rates will increase for all options, and you'll need to contact us to check availability for accommodations. The deadline to book your spot is 1st of June or until the end of vacancies.
2. To book your spot, you need to fill the Registration Form and Responsibility Agreement and to send the full amount of the option you choose to attend and type of accommodation. The proof of transfer needs to be sent to alchemywomenrising@gmail.com

3. If you want to cancel your participation in the retreat after booking your spot, it should be communicated in writing through email and a percentage of the money can be refunded:
• If cancellation is received prior to 28th February, then any monies paid will be refunded, excluding 15% for service fees and administrative expenses.
• Cancellation received between 1st March and 1st May, we will retain 60% of the retreat price and 40% will be refunded.
• Cancellation after 1st May, we will retain the full retreat cost and 0% of the retreat price will be refunded.
• Refunds will be paid within the next 30 days after the date of the cancellation letter. The person cancelling is responsible for any incidental costs / transfer fees arising from the refund.

4. If we have to cancel or change the retreat for any unavoidable reason, we shall inform you as early as possible and we will give you the option to come in the new dates or give you a full refund.
• In the event of cancelation or changing of the retreat, we are not responsible for the flights you have booked, or other losses incurred. Claims for flights or other losses must be covered by your travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may have incurred as a result of the Participant’s booking such as alternative or additional accommodation arrangements or non-refundable flights. We can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport.

5. Your facilitators Paula and Andrea, are organizing the Alchemy Women Rising Retreat and we will be accompanying you ONLY during the days of the retreat. We give the option to add a Safari and we will organize it for you. Although from the moment that the retreat ends, our partners from Karibu Kenya will be with you for the rest of your travel.

6. Domestic flights and all other domestic transport will be arranged taking into account your international flights, but they are subject to availability and the time of your booking. There may be domestic flight changes in case the minimum number for a charter flight is not reached.

7. What is included and not included in your travel option is specified on the guide we sent you and in the website. Please read it carefully.

8. We have sub-contracts with a network of specialist companies and individuals to assist in the running of the retreat. We are not responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties. Although we will do our best to ensure that everyone is aligned and organized to give you the best experience.

9. The practices and theories shared in this retreat are a combination of all our knowledge, trainings and experiences, and we are happy for you to share them with other women, as long as you share the source (whether it is from us or another woman) EXCEPT the practices of Alchemical Breathing. This is a powerful system with a lot of theory behind it that can be dangerous to share without really understanding it. And for that, you can only do it through the training and Certification process facilitated by Sajeeva Hurtado.

10. All activities in this trip carry inherent risks. The nature of a wellness and healing retreat is
deep and adventurous, and participation involves a degree of personal risk. Everyone will be visiting places where the geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in their daily lives, and they will be participating in yoga, breath work and other activities that may challenge the body physically, emotionally and mentally. So we will not be responsible for any injury or incident that might happen during the retreat, although we´ll always have your health and safety as our priority and a health form will be sent for you to fill to adapt the practices to your needs, safety and possibilities. It is very important for this reason, that you fill the Health Form honestly and provided all the information required.

11. To register for the retreat, it is MANDATORY to purchase a trip insurance to cover unforeseen events. Adequate insurance should be purchased by each participant individually and is outside of the retreat price and agreement. It is especially recommended that the insurance cover includes, at a minimum:
• adequate cover for baggage
• trip cancellation and related expenses
• medical expenses
• the cost of repatriation should a participant become too ill to continue, including air
ambulance and all related expenses.
If you also decide to do other activities not included in the retreat schedule, like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, small-wave-surfing, stand-up paddle boarding and walking - you must ensure that you have insurance that covers these activities.We are not liable or responsible for these activities.

12. After the registration for the retreat, we will send you a Health Form and it is MANDATORY that you fill it honestly and without hiding any information. The answer from it are intended to assist us as your facilitators and will be kept in strict confidentiality. Your safety and health are very important to us and we take it very seriously, so, please answer as complete as possible. Please note that any hidden information that is required can put at risk your health and the other participants' health.

13. The schedule for the time and content of the activities and workshops during the retreat are tentative and they may be modified according to the needs of the group.

14. Retreat Confidentiality: We also agree that we will not share personal information or information about the process of the other women of the group. We all co-create the safe space to share, open ourselves and heal.

15. You understand that enrolling in this retreat it is a commitment to yourself. Everyone chooses to engage in it because of a personal reasons/motivation, although understand that this is an energetic healing process and that whatever you want to achieve in this retreat or the expectation you have about it, might not be what you really get out of it. You also decide how far or deep you want to go, taking responsibility and sovereignty for your own healing as no one knows better than you what’s best for you. We are facilitating and accompany you in the journey through proposals that are not a must, but proposals. And the result of your process will be directly related with your level of commitment to yourself and the process.

16. I understand that the facilitators are not licensed therapists and do not provide medical advice, although they are trained and certified in somatic modalities.
